I just assemble a machine:
ASUS P6T SE
Core i7 940
OCZ DDR3-1600 2GX3 1.65V
XFX Geforce 9800T video card
SATA DVD and HD.
When I test the power, the video card fan, CPU fan and Case fan are all working.
The DVD light is flashing, however the front panel power LED is off and the monitor show nothing, no bios activity.
I didn't change any default Jumper setting. What went wrong?
