Help ASUS P5A-B won't post

I have a ASUS P5A-B motherboard.It has sat around for about a month or so. wanted to upgrade it to a 450 from a 400. Worked fine when I stored it and know it won't POST. I've taken out the battery,pulled everthing out except the Voodoo 3 and it still wont post with either the 400 or the 450. any suggestions?
