The EPoX 4BDA looks to be an even better OCer than the Asus board. More VCore and VDimm functions. Plus it has the 4:3 RAM/FSB divisor as high as you can take it. Some people have run their FSB at 150 and RAM at 200! The board comes with AC97' sound, but is otherwise a no frills OCer. It is the board I'm choosing to push my 1.6A to its limits.
I think newegg is temporarily out of stock in this particular board, but I'm pretty sure MWave has them in stock.
Hope that helps you.

PS. Don't plan on Asus EVER offering the 4:3 RAM:FSB divisor over 132Mhz FSB. They don't usually make "big" changes in any BIOS update. Hence the reason why after NINE BIOS updates, my CUSL2 still goes to "limp-mode" memory settings above 140Mhz FSB! Definitely turned me off to Asus as far as an "overclockers" board.
