Been having some issues with my card lately and am getting worried. Don't know if it's a driver issue or hardware. Any help would appreciated.
1. When I boot up my PC the fans on my video card spin at 50%. Is this normal? Since I only overclock my videocard when I game which is rare, I have set Sapphire Trixx to not load on start up, however the only way to lower the RPMs is to load up Trixx.
2. I have been getting driver crashes when surfing the net with firefox. I also get these weird artifacts that only go away if I change or scroll the screen. Have a look here on the left hand side.

I am running drivers 12.6 and the overdrive tab is not activated.
