Hi, I recently bought a external USB enclosure used on the forums, but I cant seem to find any drivers that will work with the included pci USB 2.0 card. If anyone else has this same USB 2.0 kit, I would greatly appreciate it if you could send me the drivers.

I have the Pacific Digital External USB 2.0 CD-Burner Solution kit, which included a usb 2.0 pci card, the card has 2 ports and shows up as a via card when the system tries to install drivers, however nothing from windows update works and I keep getting installation errors, if someone has working drivers for this card I really would appreciate you sending them to me, via email would be fine,
thanks in advance, and let me know if anyone needs more info to help, and using win2k by the way
thanks,
sean

yes Ive tried the PD site, but the drivers as far as I can tell are only for the cdrw that was included in the kit. none of those drivers work for me.

if u need the drivers for the card look on the chips on the card, the biggest chip should have a brand name or logo then look it up there. my USB card has a VIA chip so they make the drivers i dunno who else makes 2.0 chipsets.

right I think its a via chipset, however, the via site says that due to licensing agreements they dont list the drivers. It states that windows update should have the drivers, however, none of the drivers from windows update work

specifically this is what the via site says
