I posted a thread for opinions about 19" monitors but before I order it I wondered if anyone had ever ordered a monitor from AMAZON.COM before???

If so, what was your experience like?

Was the unit received in a timely fashion?

Was the packaging of the product protective?

IF YOU HAD TO MAKE A RETURN BECAUSE OF A DOA OR OTHER PROBLEM WAS
IT A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM OR A "PAIN"?

ANY input you can give me on AMAZON.COM would be GREATLY appreciated.

My experiences with amazon.com are good.. but that's when buying books!

I didn't know they sold monitors? 🙂
