I would like to know if there are any sites out there (besides AT) that will tell me exactly what hardware to buy for a good cheap reliable system? Since there are sometimes some hardware conflicts I would like to have some guide in order to avoid problems. Thanks.

I think the majority of the people here would have no problem listing recommendations of the top of their heads... Exactly what are the requirements? (budget limit, function, etc...)
 
thanks for the replies, I already pretty much had hit all those sites mentioned, specially AT/Tom/Ars I just wanted a general idea as to what they considered to be good stable systems in order for me to make somewhat of an informed decision.
