HELP anyone know what this error means ????

I am getting this error messge whenever I try to send or receieve mail through Outlook Express...the error is

The connectiont o the server failed........Socket Error 10060,Error Number 0x800CCC0E

I dont think its anythign to do with the procy server cause web browsing is poswsible ??

I think 10060 is a timeout error. You should check your mail server settings, or perhaps check with your ISP.
