This is macabre medical professionals should not be forced to administer treatment. Texas should simply pass a ruling that brain dead equals dead.

**I thought I remember something like 38 or 40-something states consider brain dead to be dead.
No link just something I remember hearing.
I know brain dead definition gets confusing, I'm talking about the type of brain dead that nobody in history has ever recovered from.
