Help and Support Nightmare??

I run AMD Athlon XP 1800+ with loads of hardware....

On the start menu when trying to get into Help and Support on the right hand side all the screen is doing is hour glass looking as though its searching then returning to the desktop and nothing happens....

I have checked that the service is running on the comuter management/services screen and I have restarted this and made sure its OK...
But it still isnt loading so I can use it...

Does anyone have any ideas PLEASE..??

Seriously, the only way you could have removed the help system in win xp (im guessing you're running XP, please correct me otherwise) is by going thru serveral steps to uninstall it, or by deleting several files in your /system folder. If you really need it, search the microsoft tech net databse over here:

http://www.microsoft.com/technet/treeview/default.asp?url=/technet/itsolutions/proddocs/default.asp

That is all the help systems for all microsoft products online.
