Question help and guide for network+ certification

i am planing for network+ certification and i want to know that is network+ certification enough to start working in network industry? does it cover basic skills needed in operation environment? is there any need to take More advanced certification like cisco or microsoft certifications(as a person who just wants to start working as a beginner)?

You need to have a knack for this stuff if you really want to be good. I can run circles around people with certifications and I'm completely self-taught. Most of the people replying here could probably do the same.

Find some tutorials on youtube. And get a good book on Amazon.

Network+ has nothing to do with Cisco.
