I have to sign something and it says:

DATED this________day of _______, 200_

WTF? I know that its 2002 at the end, but how do i fill in the other two. One seems it would be the day (thurs) and the other date (10), but you got me. Please feel free to laugh at me, but help me first. thanks!

I think first blank is date, ie 1st, 14th, and 2nd blank is month.

Sounds like contract language.

Please print this thread. It should be MORE than enough excuse to get out of it if need be. ;)

Hey, I just got a form like that in the mail, too! It was a class-action lawsuit against Ziff-Davis, a stock that I used to own. Would this happen to be the same form?
