I restarted my comp cause Mozilla kept crashing after a stupid thing from Netscape popped up about giving feedback. After I restarted my comp and went back into Mozilla all the fonts come up in Italic.

No matter what website I go to. This site, Yahoo, ESPN, all the websites. I tried Mozilla, Firefox and even IE but the fonts still come up as Italic. Its even Italic in some programs like my partypoker and reget deluxe. In those programs only some of the font is Italic.

While I am typing this the font is showing up in Italic. Is it showing up in Italic for anyone else?

Anyone know how to fix this cause its getting very annoying. Thanks.

Did you try to empty the Temp directory and Temporary Internet Files?
I had this problem a year ago, I just can't remember execatly what I did.
Oh, maybe run a spyware remover?

I have Microsoft Antispyware running and Spybot Search & Destroy both don't show any spyware on my comp. I tried to empty the Temp dir and Temp Internet Files but it didn't work.

Thanks though. Any other help would be appreciated.

You can check the Display Properties. Right-click the desktop, select Properties and then under the Appearance tab select the text on the upper screen for the various Windows textual content and see if they show up as Italic selected. Truthfully this shouldn't have to be done and it sounds like there are more problems (read spyware) that need to be resolved. I would also boot into Safe Mode and run the antispyware utilities you have as sometimes they can hide themselves in normal mode. You could try reinstalling Windows to replace any system files (including fonts) that may have become corrupt. As a last resort, do a backup of all critical and important data and reformat and install everything over again.
