Help! Aliens have taken over my computer!

I seem to have major problem with my computer randomly rebooting. It is running Winxp and the spec are on my computer page. I bought a Apc ups because i thought it was a mains power problem it fixed the problem a little bit. It use to reboot at least 8 to 10 times a day all by its self but no with the ups it only does it about four times a day but i have been getting random lockups as well now. I rang APC and they think it is not a ups problem as when you trun off the mains the computer keeps going no worries. We disconnected the usb cable from it to the computer and no change.
What next besides shooting my self in the foot??????????:disgust:
