I can't get this thing to boot. Every thing I try I get a exception error right after post. Running 800mhz RAM with Asus P5N-D

Here are my adjustments, I have read the overclocking guide btw

Set AI Tuning to manual

Set Memory Clock mode to UNLINKED

Set FSB to 1333 and MEM MHz to 800 and tried 667 (have also tried 1200 and 800 and 667)

set
tCL to 5
tRCD to 5
tRP to to 5
tRAS to 15 (have also tried leaving them all on auto

only other setting i have touched is put Limit CPUID Max Val to disabled

Everything I try give me a exception error after post.

If I use the Asus Automatic overclocker, it will to 10%, but give me the exception error anything above that.

I really want to get this sucker up to 3.0, any advice? Anything I'm missing?

Just try putting your memory at 533 and upping your fsb.

Either of those other settings you have listed will run your memory faster than what it is rated for.

Probably need to up your vcore or NB to get it stable then if your board allows that. I know for my cpu and mobo I have to go all the way from 1.225 to 1.33 in order to get stable at 333 fsb (1333). Potentially you might need a bios update as well.
