help: after reboot this error shows up on XP

i dont know why, but lately when I reboot my pc sometimes this error shows up:

Could be a driver problem. Run sigverif for system files & for other files in \WINDOWS directory. Save results to a file (make sure you use 2 different names or append) and open file with an editor to look for unsigned files. Or if you know someone who knows how to read the dump file they can tell you what is causing the problem.

Yah, 99% sure it's a driver problem. You using an ati card? I got the same message on a fresh install after installing my vid card drivers. Uninstalled, and re-installed and the problem went away. I'd try that.
