I'm wondering if there's some PHP software (or whatever its called) that lets you easily put news into a website, but EASILY customize how the website looks, like you control all the HTML/CSS and you add some php code to put the news in a certain place.
Basically, like a blog but with more customizability. Example: Textpattern.
However, I need some pages that will not have news/listings and just have the same info (such as Contact, About).
BTW: I don't know PHP, but I do know XHTML/CSS, so I can't create it myself.
Requirements: Must be PHP/SQL, Must be fast, Must be easily customizable, and thats about it.
