I've got the chip running very stably @790 w/default voltage, but would like to boot it up a bit more. The problem is that the fsb "steps" in the BIOS are too far apart to allow me to go up more (ie- the next step would be over a gig...not gonna happen, wont even post). Is there a way to change the fsb in smaller increments with this mobo?
Running 128meg generic PC133 RAM by the way.

Thanks,
Fausto

The next step from 790 should be 950 MHz (9.5 x 100), which is under a gig. 950 Mhz should be obtainable on your cC0 Celeron with more voltage. You should try increasing the voltage to 1.9 volts to see if you can get it to post.

If the increased voltage gets a post, lapping the heat sink perfectly flat and adding a copper spacer (lapped, of course) between the heat sink and cpu using artic silver between all mating surfaces will improve stability/cooling.

There are no selections listed between 83 and 100 for the VL6.
