Help a Video Noob

Right now I'm looking into buying a laptop, and I was wondering what mobile video card to look for. Right now I'm looking at a Compaq R4000, which has an integrated ATI Radeon XPress 200m with hypermemory and 128MB of dedicated memory. Is this good or bad? I'm a fairly serious gamer, and I generally play RON, Farcry, HL2, and I'll probably buy ROL and AOE3 when they come out. I'm a near complete noob when it comes to GPUs so any help would be appreciated.

The GO 6800 Ultra, but expect 30 mins of battery life and your laptop getting very very hot.
