Hi everyone
Please help me figure out how this spreadsheet works and if at all possible, simplify it onto one page/tab instead of 2?

I dont really understand what it is calculating and find it hard to understand why someone says that the second row of calculations is wrong sometimes!? Eeeeeeek!

I would love to better understand what the formulas are doing and might help me figure out why!

The spreadsheet calculates amounts for billing of workers comp payments.
