help a n00b build a rig =)

hey guys im currently looking to build a new socket 939 FX53 high end system. I have about $2500-2600 to spend and would use the system to as a gaming machine mostly. I dont really want to overclock or anything but it would be nice if i still had the ability to do some minor overclocking just in case i change my mind. Speakers + a nice monitor has to be included in this budget as well =\ Any recommendations? thanks in advance!

note mods and responses from others.

No need to go for overkill on a first time build,
but stay with the Name Brands and you can't miss.

Just match the 939 Pin CPU to a 939 Pin Mobo.
The rest will be fne.

Well obviously you dont need to get everything to par. I'm sure you don't need a $700 monitor or $400 dollar speakers, etc. etc.
