Help a math idiot out.... 5 is 8% of 67.5... What is the formula to get this???

I haven't had to use math is quite some years, now I need to know this.. I don't remember how to find out what a numer is a percentage of.. I feel like such an idiot... HELP Please.. lol

There is no formula to get that, because 8% of 67.5 is not 5. 8% of 67.5 is 5.4, and 5 is 7.4074074074...% of 67.5

OK, so what is the formula if I only know the %?? Like X is the % of ??? If I don't make any sense just ignore my ignorant dumb a$$.

Example:

X is 25% of 4.

4*.25=1
x=1
--

10 is X% of 50

10/50=.20
X=20% (because you multiply by 100 to get percent)

3 is 10% of X

3/.10=30
X=30
