Help a girl out: She needs suggestions on printer paper....don't know where/what kind

Someone I know works for a school as a psychologist. The school does not even provide paper for her to print all her reports, forms, etc. She has to pay for the paper she prints.

So where can I take her to get paper at really good prices? What brand or specific type from a brand should I look at with her? She needs something that is decent quality (will still look professional to a point), yet won't be costing her her annual salary? This stuff can get expensive....

Buying in bulk might be something we will do.

Specific suggestions asked!

Thanks!!!!

Go buy a case of 24 lb, 90+ brightness. The brighter the better, but don't kill yourself trying to find brighter.

24 lb is pretty much the minimum to avoid looking & feeling like something you'd expect to blow your nose on.

Is she an independent contractor?

If she is not, tell her that she needs to speak with the principal about setting up an expense account for her office supplies. Unless she's an independent contractor, it is the school's responsibility to handle those kinds of expenses....

Ya, OfficeMax and OfficeDepot have regular deals where you can trade in used up printer cartridges for a ream of recycled paper. As long as it's not a formal letter, it doesn't have to be super bright or super heavy.

Walmart might be a place worth checking out. Or if you're going to buy in bulk, use a coupon for office depot or staples.

Staples has a 2 for $40 deal going on right now (I believe) so thats 10,000 pages for $40 24lb 84 brightness. This is normal copy paper.

Paper's cheap. Shouldn't be much more than twenty bucks a box. Printer ink's what'll kill her if she has to pay for it and prints a lot.
