Help a brother out with knowledge

I am doing some research for a friend about comparing video cards. The information I need is how many watts does a Tnt2 Ultra needs. The data I collected so far is that the Geforce comsumes 16 watts, Geforce2 8 watts, Geforce2 MX 4 Watts, and Radeon also 8 watts.

I know someone knows, please share some knowledge

He has lots of stuff in his system, and he wants upgrade his Video card, but his power supply is limited. He want to get the lowest power hungry card. He don't want to upgrade video card and power supply hehe.

Tell him he's thinkin' backwards. A 350W P/S can be had for ~$60, why the HELL would anyone base their video card decision on the wattage it draws? After all, the difference is at most what... 8 watts? Whee, all of 3.2% of a 250W P/S.

Send him over to FS/FT, & have him talk to Untamo. Get him a 32 MB GF2 GTS for $174, it'll draw 8 watts, & he'll have one of the fastest video cards currently available.
