Help 9800np Samsung softmod error opening flashrom.rom

I recently bought a 9800 np with samsung 2.4ns (last two digits are 24?) chips from best buy. I am following the directions posted on the rag3d forums, but i after i boot up dos and being flashing the card i get error opening flashrom.rom. I copied the flash files directly from the website to my floopy and copied the bin as well. Not sure what i am doing wrong please help.

Make sure you've got all of the files copied to the floppy and make sure the new BIOS name is correct (right extension).
