Help - 533bus/400bus question

I have an Deminsion 8200 1.8g. It will support up to a P4 2.8 /400bus chip.
I have a P4 2.8 533bus chip. The chip fits the board however can I run a 533bus chip at
400mhz?? Is there any determint to it? I knwo it will be somewhat slower but still running
at 2.8mhz.

Just curious if I can put in the chip in or am I going to have to give back?

The dimension 8200 supported 533 MHz fsbs, I got my old dimension 4500 when that was out, and 533 MHz was an option.
