Help! 4-pin 12v PSU work on a 2x4-pin mobo?

I read the sticky at the top of the forum, and have searched elsewhere, but I want to make sure I have this right. I just bought this mobo

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-412-_-Product

and I'm trying to power it with this PSU

The Antec Neo only has a single 4-pin 12v connector, but the mobo's is 8 pins (says 2x4). I don't want to fry my new rig. Can I hook it up and ignore the other 4 pins? Mobo manual doesn't say anything, PSU manual doesn't say anything, and I can't find a definitive answer. Looking at the diagram for the mobo, it looks like I'll be fine and those other 4 pins can be ignored. Is this true?

Thanks. This is a huge PITA.

As long as u plug it in on pins 3-4-7-8 (half that is located towards the upper edge of the mainboard). Consult your manual first, it's on page 22.

What CPU and GPU will you use on this board ?

That was my impression as well. I suspect it would have worked just fine too. Thanks for the help. I have the i5-760 and a 5870 in there.
