1. When I boot up, I see my username and underneath it, it says I have 1 unread mail message. I have read all my mail messages, and I would like to know how to change it so it reads correctly.

2. At the same user screen, how do I hide accounts. Forsay I have a dummy account that isn't used for logins, but is an account none-the-less, how do I hide it?
