Help!120mm Fan Hole Bit?

Well there's no such thing as a 120mm drill bit. What you have to do is drill a small hole and then use a jigsaw, or just use a dremel. If you want a perfect hole you can use a router.
 
Well there's such thing as a "holesaw" that can be thought of as a drill bit. You attach it to any ordinary power drill and have an arbor (drillbit that serves as an anchor) in the middle of the circle.
