I dunno - I think she might be the most talented one. She lacks experience, so she has a tendency to get overwhelmed, but I think she does know what she's doing.
I think Heather is hotter. But Heather better win, she might be a bitch, but she's a MUCH better leader. However, she is an inconsistent cook, but her bad day is a great deal better than Virginia's good day.
I work in food service and we love people like Virginia. We'd wear her down until she had no more credibility left until she quits. She's way too much of a pushover, and actually quite annoying. She's a horrible expediter and in many kitchens (like HK), that's all the chef does -- expedite. The chef doesn't touch the food in these instances (which is good due to Heather's inconsistency).

I agree actually... Keith was a good cook, but compared to Virginia he lacks her creativity, and compared to Heather he lacks the leadership... remember Gordon is hiring someone to RUN a restaurant, and I think creativity/leadership would be more important than cooking skills...
Virginia has showed she can cook during challenges, I think it's just that she cannot handle the pressure when she's cooking on the line... This may not be as important when she's running her restaurant, as she would basically be in Gordon's position (i.e. running the line, and creating new dishes)...
To me, it's a tough call between Heather & Virginia...
Oh and Keith's attitude DOES stink, he acts like he deserves everything... even though he screwed up last week and this week, he won't admit it and still says he 'kills it every night'...
The only thing she knows is how to work Gordon (she's not even that hot) and make salads. Talent? Hardly. I would bet good money that she did get that recipe from Gordon's book. Is taking her under his wing a fair competition? First and foremost one must be a good cook to lead a kitchen--she makes *effing* salads and burns everything. Shes a dope.

My pvr xml tv guide says it starts at 8.
Everytime before it listed it as two separate episodes.

I dunno - I still think she seems ultimately more creative than Heather, and she's demonstrated a greater ability to run a kitchen. I wouldn't be surprised if her restaurant is more appealing and has a better menu. We shall see . . .

Yeah, she seems completely clueless in how to handle them. That alone would give me pause about handing a business over to her. "I picked you guys because I wanted to see how I could do with weak team members."

In all fairness, she wins every single challenge. She seems to have a more refined palate than anyone else.

I honestly think she has a screw loose with some of the comments she makes.
Reading/knowing the recipe and flirting does not equate with a more refined palate. I bet she makes a hell of a salad though. Is there a challenge where her palate shined above that of prior knowledge or flirting?
