Just a FYI - I get e-cards often and figured this was legit. I didn't click on the link but hovered over it seeing that it was an exe file waving the red flag. I'm so sick of these emails! I figured this one would have hit my spam through gmail.
Ran a google search and found out it's spamming malware: Parite.B and IRC backdoor disable anti-spyware programs
