i swear that people either forget i'm here or something.
my boss rarely ever tells me what he's doing. like today, he is off. I had no idea he took off today. if i'm lucky, he tells me some things as he's walking out the door to go home at the end of the day.
the other day there was a pretty important event going on for my company and did anyone tell me about it? nope, not until i asked where this one person was and they told me then.
stuff like that doesn't bother me as much as stuff that i need to know for my job. for instance, we are going through implementation of a new software system. my boss leaves for the day or just disappears a lot and i'm stuck trying to work with people who are using the system or trying to help set it up when i have no idea what they are talking about.
if i were to say anything to him about it, he would make it out to be my fault or make me look stupid for not knowing. its really pissing me off. i've been looking for other jobs but there really isn't anything out there that i could do.
