Well as i travel through the wicked wide web trying to find an answer i have come by her to see if anybody can help.
I have just recently bought a shuttle SN25P and was originally running 2x512 Geil value 3200 which started to get a bit iffy so i swapped it out for 2x512 PQI turbo 3200. Here's where the problem started, as soon as i put the ram in it failed to boot yet the green led is on showing that the ram is working. I have tried the ram in my 200N and it runs fine, i have also had the PQI tested and it still runs error free yet my 25P wont use it at all.
In an attempt to get it to post i have set the timings in bios- upped the voltage-updated bios- tried the beta bios and prayed to the god of ram. No Joy the 25P wont post and runs the fans at full pelt without even allowing a reset via the front nor can you shut down via the front power!
Any ideas as i'm not to keen on my current situation running 1 gig 2100 - crucial works a treat but a tad slower
