I just decided to return to crunching for the UD cancer project again after i built myself my new computer and since I have been reading the forum lately I joined the Anand team. For some reason however my computer automaticly uses only about 52% of the processor and I don't know where this number is changed. Thanks for any assistance.
 
Login to your BOINC account and check your General Preferences. You may have set your "Use at most .... " to less than 100%.
 
Hyperthreading shows as two CPUs in Taskmanager.

UD is really using all of the processor even though it only shows 50%.

If UD is BOINC like Smoke says, you could also change your General Preferences to two CPUs then you would run two instances and fully utilize hyperthreading!
