Hello everyone. I just joined today, after reading the tech site for years finally got off my duff and reg'ed for the forums. If anyone wants to offer any 'show the n00b the ropes' it would be appreciated.

I think we should make a new rule that n00bs must lurk for at least a week before being allowed to post. That way they don't start these inane "hi, I'm new here" threads.

Maybe we should make a new rule that you read the thread before making a sarcastic remark. That way we don't get these inane "i think we need a new rule" posts.
