I signed up at Anandtech Oct 1999
But it was not until i got hooked on SETI that i discovered this Forum ( Been here ever since ) 😀
 
so when was this forum actually set up ? I joined in december 99, but i lurked for a long time before that. Anyone know ? Who's the longest serving member of this board then ?
 
The oldest I've seen is October 1999. Well...that was the time that they moved from the older BBs to FuseTalk 🙂

I know that the BB forum was around in late 98 ,may have been around earlier.
Virge & Ray amongst others I believe have been around a long time😉
 
I'm not the oldest member, but I started cracking for Team Anandtech RC5 in May of '99, was on the old BB forums before that, probably Jan. or Feb. I remember having problems with the forums, downtime, etc. The move to FuseTalk was a very good thing. 😀
