Couldn't be. The latest is 23.7 with a beta of 23.8 available.

ok problem solved...

I RMA'd the GEIL ram. Got some corsair xms-3200 for a little more. running it at 2-3-3-6 2.7v 210mhz processor at 2.0ghz, default voltage.

24hrs straight. no errors.
