LOL @ "normal thinking" in Austin. Outside of the campus area, and a couple other elitist neighborhoods around central it's the same as any other city.

Fracking companies are dumping their chemicals all over the roads as well; http://www.occupydemocrats.com/caught-on-tape-illegal-dumping-of-texas-toxic-fracking-waste-video/
Yeah, we've got plenty of reason to trust them.
Jesus guys, it's not like you are getting any kick backs from these dirt bags - why defend them tooth and nail like this?
I bet you would be willing to drink the chemicals yourselves, just to ensure they don't appear anywhere as illegally dumped, to protect the frackers.
Fuck... get a life and stop being the good old boy's henchmen - because you sure aren't on their pay roll to act like a henchman.
More People Moving to Texas Than Anywhere Else in US
Kind of makes you wonder why all those people keep moving here. Don't it?

Here here. I had to spend countless hours cleaning up hazardous drilling waste spilled all over roads before that leaked out of tanker trucks which even involved blocking off the roads until we could get a proper truck to clean off the roadways. These are considered toxic waste spills, no question about it. Of course the company gets billed and a small fine for the cleanup (if they can figure out who caused it) but this happens quite often where ever they are fracking and drilling across the country. And there is no doubt it is happening and dries up on the roads before anyone notices it more often than not, too.
In fact, some companies were even caught deliberately dumping their fracking wastes by opening the valves a bit and letting it all leak out while they were driving down country roads until the truck was empty, then repeating this countless times until they were done at the drilling site. And all because they just don't give a shit and they think they can dump it anywhere and get away with it.

I could post hundreds of these reports. And keep in mind, these are JUST the companies that get CAUGHT doing it. I would imagine most never get caught illegally dumping drilling and fracking waste.
