Actually I saw a special on ESPN talking about how much he can lift. They actually don't know what his max is because the trainers wont let him max out in fear of an injury. That kid is crazy strong.

Griffin took the Bears to places they almost never go. They went 9-3 and he finished with an NCAA-record 192.3 passer-efficiency rating.

I=Interceptions
A=Pass attempts

Rating = (8.4*Y + 330*T + 100*C - 200*I) / A

Bounds are 1261.6 and -731.6, and RG3's 192.3 puts him in first place for single-season passing.
