.... to the evils of PCs and games 
this kid on the hall was a true mac user. he sucks at windows, and hates it, and loves every MacOS, (esp. OS X). he touts their stability, multitasking, hardware quality, etc. after watching us ignorant PC users play games however, and playing around on my tbird 700 (one of the slowerc omputers on the floor), he purchased a PC. he's going to be stunned at the speed when it arrives. athy 1.2-based system for $450 or so.
I will, of course, make sure it is properly set up so he gets the best possible performance/stability cause he had lots of trouble dealing with the win98 install show me a mac that can handle modern games and costs $450 (well, no cd drive, no floppy, already has a case)
