I was talking to a lady the other day about our BellSouth T1 line at work. She kept trying to direct me to DLS service. She had no freaking idea what a T1 line was....and she was supposed to be part of the tech support team. After all that she couldn't find our freaking account. So we just hung up and called back and got someone that helped us out immediately afterwards. The next lady actually knew how to search for an account. Stupid *@@
