heheh i was just entertained by the Boulder cops and my dumb ass co-workers. about an hour ago some woman was walking by a window that over looks a vacant parking lot next to ours. she says in a loud voice...
"oh my God, the cops are going to shoot him"
commence the mad rush to the window to see whats going on. i get there and see 3 cruisers with their lights flashing, 6 cops crouched down behind thier cars with thier weapons drawn and one has a shotgun. They all were pointed at some dude standing next to his blue Mazda with his hands in the air and he is walking back to the cops.
well my sheltered co-workers panic and start asking if we should evacuate the building... :disgust:
Funny thing is, my dumb ass co-workers didnt bother to see the two police supervisors standing behind the patrols cars with thier arms crossed over their chest holding clipboards...
I tell the gathering, dont worry about it, they are just doing a training exercise. they then ask me
"how do you know?"
well lets see. the guns the cops have out are Tasers and the shotgun is a beanbag gun because of the orange stock. then there are the two Drill Instructor looking guys standing in the open with clipboards writing crap down...
well anyway the cops were done, and they did the exercise again with different officers.
kinda fun to watch.
