my celeron 1.2 can go to 1.5 w/ the pin trick 1.475 -> 1.674, but after messing around w/ a few procs, i ended up dong a mod for 1.475 ->1.325v 😱 anyway,s at least it o/ces to 1.3 😛... maybe i should try running passive hsf..???
I used to have that same problem and then I went to Intel's web site and looked at the Tualatin Celeron specs for voltage-pins. To get higher volts you need to insulate a pin and do a pin mod. If you go to the chart you will figure it out in 5 minutes. My pin was insulated using clear nail polish and a toothpick so that the drop would travel down the pin. I can currently get up to 1.85 volts on mine right now.
