Just got this today from ZZF. i swapped it ou for a x1900xt and i have to say the IQ looks way better then the x1900xt. in bf2 the shadows looked crappy compared to the 7900gtx anyone else got theres yet?

Shadows on the x1900xt on BF2 blowed they looked all pixilated. To were the 7900gtx looked crisp. could be cus of the drivers im not sure.

I just use MS Photo Editor and just save them using a compression ratio. Should be able to do it w/ any photo editor.

Got mine today from Monarch. Straight up 650/1600 eVGA model (same as the OP), clocked her up to 680/1750 with no issues. So far my impressions are that this card rocks, and it's much quieter than the X1800XT it replaced. Obviously, there is the angle dependent AF downside, but there is also 8x SSAA with a single card that looks better than ATI's AA IMO. So, take your pick if which you value more/less.

I installed the b2 demo and set everything to max settings and you're correct - the shadows look like blocks on my 1900xt with 6.2cat

Looking at the X1900XT, they could have easily designed the hsf fan w/ a larger and quieter fan.

Same here i came from a x1900xt. mine is at 685/1760 glad i got mine for 499 with free 2day air
