ARS Technica have a SETI benchmark (angle range 0.417) Link that is a good overall test of system cpu and memory bandwidth. It would be great if such a benchmark were included in motherboard reviews. I guess 3 hours is a bit long to wait for a benchmark test though...

That is cool...........it would be most interesting to see what differences a motherboard would make in Seti.

I have to agree with kmmatney that a standard wu would be best to use......... the ARS wu would probably be the best choice as it is available to all
