Heed so help on this one .

I'm going to try and explain this the best I can . I have a Gigabyte GA-Z97X-YD3H-BK motherboard. The issue is I have these 2, I think are particans on the boot part of the MB . On this boot part are my HD, blueray/dvd, and my cd/dvd .These were not there when I first built the PC . They showed up after reformatting the hard drive .

Well partitions are on the hd/ssd not on the mb. Your bios will list all attached devices. What did windows name the partitions on your drive? With a standard mbr install you should have at least one partition for the OS. If you have a UEFI install you should see system reserved efi, recovery and the ntfs partition with the OS on it.
