The Disk Cleanup Utility that comes with Windows XP refuses to function correctly when using it on my Primary (C) drive. The status window pop up appears and just stays there telling me it is compressing older files; eventually I'm stuck at 100% CPU use and I have to log off. It runs with no problems on my D: drive. And the really whacky portion of this is that it does run perfectly fine on my C: drive when I'm logged in as Administrator or another user. Any thoughts on this guys?
