heatware username change

Does anyone know if we can change our heatware username? I'm getting tired of my uglee one.
If not, would it be possible to create a new username and transfer the feedback to the new username?

you need to ask heat23, try pm'ing him
i am not sure they do that though, it seems like it could be a way for someone to slide by after having problems
