Heatware Question?

I recently left feedback for someone and I made note of a defect in an item, but then I realized that he had already told me about the defect before the deal was finalized. Is there anyway to edit feedback left, or do you think that I should leave another feedback explaining. I did leave positive feedback, but the guy I traded with wasn't happy w/ my complaint, and I can understand why. Thanks for any help or advice.

I sent an e-mail to support@heatware.com already. I'm just waiting for a reply. I was just seeing if there's something else that I could do. Thanks for the advice.

I'm not sure about commenting on feedbacks. I looked, but I couldn't see a way to do it. Hopefully I'm overlooking something. Thanks.
