Heatware question..

I changed the eMail address on my heatware account yesterday. I haven't received any eMails to activate it yet.. how long does it take before I can reactivate the account from the new address? Or is there anyone I can contact to speed it up. I'm going to be trading some in the next few days so need access to it. Thanks.
